A few years ago, I decided that instead of focusing on bad habits I wanted quit, I shifted to focus more on what good habits I want to add.
Everything will be okay. Your life will be beautiful. You are strong, compassionate, and capable. You will find your way.
Music can be a huge mood changer! I have sad songs, angry songs, songs that evoke strong memories. One song that always puts a bounce in my step is Rubberband Man by The Spinners. What about you?
